Refund policy

All sales are final.  Raw Urth Soap Company does not offer any returns or exchanges or provide refunds due to the personal nature of our products.  If there is an issue with your order you have 7 days from he day your purchased was delivered to contact us regarding your order issue.  Once orders are processed and shipped we cannot cancel orders or accept returns.  If there is a problem or we have made an error, please contact us and we will do our best to solve it.  Raw Urth Soap Company is not responsible for products affected by warm or cold weather climate or for mishandling by USPS and as such will not be replaced by Raw Urth Soap Company.
